We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship with in 30 days from purchase.  Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.  However, any item that has been personalized cannot be returned for for refund.  Please note that any shipping charges will not be credited upon return of the merchandise.
